Refund & Return Policy

Our spare parts return and exchange procedures are carried out in full compliance with the Consumer Protection Laws in Turkey.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Return Window)

You can return any purchased part within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason or facing fine penalties.

2. Product Criteria

To qualify for a refund, returned items must satisfy these terms:

• The part packaging and box must be undamaged and in original shape.
• The part must NOT have been installed, assembled, used, or damaged.
• Electrical or electronic parts (sensors, control modules, Bujiler) are NOT eligible for returns if their protective seal or wrap has been opened.

3. Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to our shipping error (e.g. wrong part shipped), we cover the shipping fees. For voluntary customer returns, the customer covers the logistics costs.

4. Operations & Address

Before mailing any parts, you MUST obtain approval through our WhatsApp line at +90 533 654 84 57. Unapproved mail packages will be rejected.
