BUYER:
The customer who orders parts, requests quotes, fills contact forms, or performs transactional operations via our website (www.parçaküpüotomotiv.com) or associated WhatsApp channels.
This agreement defines the mutual responsibilities, delivery logistics, and buyer-seller rights under Consumer Protection laws in Turkey, covering transactions initiated through our online channels.
Ordered parts are shipped to the delivery address provided by the BUYER. Courier transportation typically completes in 1-3 business days. The BUYER must refuse packages that display visible transport damage and demand a courier report record.
The BUYER has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of package receipt. Parts must be unassembled and returned in intact original boxes. Return fees belong to the SELLER if shipment was faulty; otherwise, fees belong to the BUYER.
Disputes under this agreement are subject to Tüketici Hakem Heyeti (Consumer Arbitration Boards) and Tüketici Mahkemesi (Consumer Courts) in Istanbul, Turkey.
